The Sault Star has been in a very strong business relationship with Eazy
Express since 1996. Eazy Express distributes our newspapers and Flyers
to carriers and dealers. There are approximately 450 carriers and 200
dealers that they service daily except Sundays and Holidays. Their service has
been nothing short of excellent. We have enjoyed working with their
supervisory staff in organizing delivery schedules that meet the needs of our
customers which has allowed us to maintain our customer base. Their
input has been well received and beneficial to us. Their cooperation in
handling of occasions where there are unique circumstances has helped us on
many occasions. In the past when the Sault Star distributed Dial Source
Plus, Eazy Express took full responsibility to organize and deliver our phone
books to our clients. Complaint ratio was near nil in the last few years.
